Reporting & Communicating

Reporting

The Foundation wants to learn from our funded partners about how to do this work well. When you receive a Grant Agreement, you will also receive a copy of a Final Report Form that we hope can be used as part of an ongoing dialogue with the Foundation. The primary questions in the report form are:

“How much have you done?”
“How well have you done it?”
“Is anyone better off?”

We encourage you to communicate with your program director regarding how best to use these three questions to capture the outcomes and learning achieved by your program.

Communicating With The Foundation

The Foundation encourages grant recipients to remain in contact with their Program Director regarding any changes in the project/program, new opportunities that may have arisen, and other good news that the organization would like to share.
